Alicia Malone

Alicia had to go through the FilmStruck service. FilmStruck is which is a TCM online streaming service in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone for the purpose of practicing reading them aloud to the camera before her TCM broadcast hosting audition. In 2017, she auditioned for the Turner Classic Movies presenter position. The company hired Malone on January 1, 2018. Malone has addressed the issues facing women working in film in two distinct TEDx talk. Maree has also made appearances on several other programs including the Today program on NPR's The Movies documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV 2019 Live from the Red Carpet Oscar show and ABC. She developed and hosts her own YouTube series Indie Movie Guide on behalf of Fandango.
